Shipping Policy

We ship Nationwide only. However, in some cases we may not be able to ship to some locations. If you happen to be in one of those locations, we will contact you.

Once the purchase is confirmed, we ship your order within 2-3 business days (MON – FRI). We guarantee 8 days to receive the goods Once the shipment is made you will receive a tracking number of the shipment. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. The tracking number will ensure both party that you have received the goods. There will be no refund if you say you have not received the product but the tracking number shows otherwise.

Note: The amount of time it takes to receive the products are much less than our guaranteed 8 days. It all depends on what part of the states you are located 🙂

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Note: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
