Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel all orders before the shipping process start. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

30 Day Returns

You have 30 days to return the product from the day you receive it. If the product is broken you must report it within 24 hours upon receiving. Failure to do so will result in no refund. Please communicate with us at to assist you better with return.  When requesting a refund, please have “Return Request” on your email subject line. Don’t forget to include your contact info and order info to speed up the process.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

There will be no questions asked for a refund if the returns were for the following reasons:

  • Received broken/scratch product (must report within 24 hours to let us know – then you can return it within the next 29 days)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

Note:  If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but all postage costs must be covered by you and the item must be unused.

  • You order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Tracking number showing your product has been delivered
  • You don’t like the product

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


At this time we do not exchange for return.
